To become a rural fire brigade volunteer, you must be at least 16 years of age and
be available for training and operations and live in the local area. (Within 12 min
response time of the Station.)
You'll need to be physically fit and ready for a commitment.
We are always looking for local recruits for firefighter training but also support
members to assist the brigade in radio operation, food provisioning, maintenence
& commitee positions.
You will be asked to submit an application form to the brigade secretary & give permission
for a Police Check to be done (18years & over only).Once your Check is recieved back
the membership application is put to a vote of the membership & once approved you
